SPI CLASS 101模具
周期:一百万或更多的(长期精密生产模)
描述:内置极高的生产。这是价格最高的模具是用最优质的材料。
1.需要详细模具设计资料(模具结构图)。
2.模胚材料硬度最低为280BHN(HRC30) (DME#2钢/4140钢)
3.有胶位的内模钢材一定要求硬度最低48-50HRC左右,其余零件如行位,斜楔(铲基),压条,等亦为硬料。
4.顶针板要导柱(中托司)。
5.行位要有耐磨块。
6.如有需求,上下模及行位要有温度控制。
7.所有运水道,建议采用无电沉鎳或用420不锈钢做模板,这样可防止生锈及清理堵塞垃圾。
8.需要分模线锁模(边锁或者直身锁)。
SPI CLASS 102模具
周期:不超过百万(中等至较高的生产模具)
描述:良好的研磨材料和/或部件需要严谨的公差。这是一个高品质,价格昂贵的模具。
1.需要详细的模具设计资料(模具结构图)。
2.模胚材料硬度最低为280BHN(HRC30)(DME#2钢/4140钢)
3.有胶位的内模钢材要求硬度最低48HRC,其它功能零件亦应一并热处理。
4.如有需求,上下模及行位要有温度控制。
5.建议分模线锁模(边锁或直身锁)。
6.下列项目可能或不需要,视乎最终生产数量而定,建议报价时采用下列项目检查清楚是否需要:
A. 顶针板导柱(中托司)。
B. 行位耐磨块。
C. 电镀运水孔。
D. 电镀模腔。
SPI CLASS 103模具
周期:在500,000 以下(中量生产模具)说明:这是一个非常受欢迎的模具为低到中等的生产需求。最常见的价格区间。
1.建议详细的模具设计资料(模具结构图)。
2.模胚材料硬度最低为165BHN(HRC17)(DME#1钢/1040钢)
3.内模钢材为P20(28-32HRC)或高硬度(36-38HRC)。
4.其余要求视乎需要而定。
SPI CLASS 104模具
周期:在100,000 (少量生产模)
说明:低生产模具。仅用于限量生产最好用软料。中低等的价格范围。
1.建议模具设计资料(模具结构图)。
2.模胚材料1050或其它软料,或铝(1040)钢料。
3.内模件可用铝,软钢或者其它认可金属。
4.其余要求视乎需要而定。
SPI CLASS 105级模具
周期:不超过500 (手办模或者实验模)
说明:有限数量的手办。该模具制造用最便宜的方式。
1.可用铝铸铁或环氧树脂或任何材料只有足够强度可生产最少测试数量便可

CLASSIFICATIONS OF INDECTION MOLDING TOOLS
SPI CLASS 101 MOLD
CYCLES: One million or more
DESCRIPTION:Built for extremely high production. Thisis the highest priced mold with only the hightest quality materials.
1.Detailed molddesign required.
2.Mold base to be aminimum hardness of 280 BHN.
3.Molding surfaces(cavities and cores) must be hardened to a minimum 50 R/C range. All otherdetails,such as slides,heel blocks,gibs,wedge blocks, etc. should also be ofhardened tool steels.
4.Ejection should beguided.
5.Slides must havewear plates.
6.Temperaturecontrol provisions to be in cavities,cores, and slides cores whenever possible.
7.Electroless nickelplating of all water channels is recommended . This greatly inhibits the chanceof rust and makes it easy to clear sediment from plugged lines.
8.Parting line locksare required on all models.
SPI CLASS 102 MOLD
CYCLES: Not morethan one million
DESCRIPTION:Mediumto high production mold, good for abrasive materials and/or parts requiningclose tolerances. This is a high quality, fairly high priced mold.
1.Detailed mold designrecommended.
2.Mold base to be aminimum hardness of 280 BHN.
3.Molding surfacesshould be hardened to at least 48R/C. All other functional details should bemade and heat treated likewise .
4.Temperature controlprovisions to be directly in the cavities, cores, and slide cores whereverpossible.
5.Parting line locksare recommended for all molds.
6.The followingitems may or may not be required depending on the ultimate productionquantities anticipated.It is recommended that those items desired be checkedand made a firm requirement for quoting purposes:
a.Guided Ejection c.Plated Temperature Control Channel
b.Slide Wear Plaes d.Plated Cavities
SPI CALSS 103 MOLD
CYCLES: Under 500,000
DESCRIPTION:Mediumproduction mold.This is a very popular mold for low to medium production needs.Mostcommon price range.
1.Detailed molddesign recommended.
2.Mold base must beminimum hardness of 165 BHN.
3.Cavity and coresmust be 280 BHN or higher.
4.All other extrasare optional.
SPI CLASS 104 MOLD
CYCLES:Under10.000
DESCRIPTION:Lowproduction mold.Used for limited production preferably with nonabrasivematerials.Low to moderate price range.
1.Mold designrecommended.
2.Mold base can beof mold steel or aluminum.
3.Cavities can be ofaluminum, mild steel or any other agreed upon metal.
4.All other extrasare optional.
SPI CLASS 105 MOLD
CYCLES: Not more than 500
DESCRIPTION: This toolis only for prototype purposes only. This is the cheapest priced mold .
1. The mold base may be constructed from castmetal or epoxy or any other material offering sufficient strength to producethe minimum prototype pieces. All other extras are optional.
